FTP
To access the server to add website material you need to have a ftp cliend to do so. We have a free one for you at blizzardnet.com under the download section. Download and install this.
to access your ftp your address is
ftp.(your domain)
the user name is name given in your email from Blizzardnet
password is one given in same email
The index file should be index.htm by default and this is the start point of your new website.

To config micrsoft outlook 2003:
1. Go into the tools section -> email accounts -> add new email account -> select POP3 ->
2. select next -->
3. type your name in fields required, email address, user name (your email address), password
4. incoming mail is your domain name, outgoing mail server is your domain name (without the www)
5. click "more settings" button -> outgoing server tab and outgoing server tab ----
6. check "my outgoing server requires authentication"
7. select “test account settings” and you should go through.
